This is a full-time Temporary to Permanent position. This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days on site and 2 working from home.
Reporting
The Human Resources team manages and coordinates a broad range of deliverables to create the optimal work experience for staff and leaders. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of several HR functions. This is a very collaborative role that will work closely with our Human Resources Partners.
Reporting
Serve as the point for all HR reporting needs for other departments
Serve as lead for pulling data needed for questionnaires from other departments (Client Relations, DDQs, etc.)
Serve as lead for Vendor Due Diligence (Compliance)
Short-Term Disability Report
Serve as HR lead for newsletter and collaborating cross-functionally for content updates

Approve enrollments and send to Payroll
Onboarding
Send self-onboarding invitation in Paycom
Submit background checks via HireRight
Submit FreshService ticket to initiate IT process
Send calendar invites for the orientation schedule
PAYCOM: Change status from “PREHIRE” to “ACTIVE”
PAYCOM: Assign appropriate accrual type to employee profile in Form 6 – Accrual Information
