Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessing and delivering a high quality, diverse talent pool to hiring managers.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to meet the needs of the client groups in the most cost effective and timely manner.
Use behavioral interviewing techniques and probing competency questions to assess candidates and analyze responses.
Simultaneously manage and coordinate multiple staffing assignments in various stages of implementation across various disciplines.
Be a resource and advocate of staffing processes and vision to HR colleagues and business partners. Be a proactive, strategic partner with business groups to understand current needs and anticipate future needs and challenges.
Ensure a high quality candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely candidate follow up.

Bachelor’s degree a plus
Minimum 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience.
Must have demonstrated successful performance in delivering high quality talent in a timely and cost effective manner.
Demonstrated ability to build, manage and maintain a network of collaborative relationships with clients, candidates, vendors and peers to drive objectives and achieve staffing goals.
Must be Internet savvy to perform targeted Internet research/searches.
Ability to manage daily activities to maximize productivity, quality and delivery of services in a cost effective manner.
Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ability to communicate and influence effectively with potential client groups and outside candidates.
Proven organizational, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
Must be self-motivated and results driven individual who is able to effectively partner with HR colleagues and internal clients.
15/20% travel required
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Peopleclick a plus.
Must have in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
