Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, assessing and delivering a high quality, diverse talent pool to hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to meet the needs of the client groups in the most cost effective and timely manner.
  • Use behavioral interviewing techniques and probing competency questions to assess candidates and analyze responses.
  • Simultaneously manage and coordinate multiple staffing assignments in various stages of implementation across various disciplines.
  • Be a resource and advocate of staffing processes and vision to HR colleagues and business partners. Be a proactive, strategic partner with business groups to understand current needs and anticipate future needs and challenges.
  • Ensure a high quality candidate experience through exceptional communication and timely candidate follow up.
  • Following OFCCP requirements, maintain and track applicants through the process

Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
    Minimum 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Must have demonstrated successful performance in delivering high quality talent in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage and maintain a network of collaborative relationships with clients, candidates, vendors and peers to drive objectives and achieve staffing goals.
  • Must be Internet savvy to perform targeted Internet research/searches.
  • Ability to manage daily activities to maximize productivity, quality and delivery of services in a cost effective manner.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ability to communicate and influence effectively with potential client groups and outside candidates.
  • Proven organizational, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and results driven individual who is able to effectively partner with HR colleagues and internal clients.
  • 15/20% travel required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Peopleclick a plus. 
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
