Our client is looking for a high energy, friendly individual to join the marketing team to help support both marketing and sales. You will be responsible for lead & appointment generation, pre-qualifying, scrubbing, and booking appointments. This position will be pivotal in capturing and generating leads/opportunities for the practice.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Call leads and prospective patients
- Confirm or obtain prospect information such as name, address and email along with other key fields to support sales
- Scrub pre-qualified leads
- Schedule appointments for clinical team
- Manage data for leads in Practice Management software
- Support clinical and marketing teams with insight on how to improve caller experience and call conversion rates

- Minimum of 2 years in telemarketing

- Healthcare/industry experience a plus
